If you need to return an item, please call or email for an authorization number first.  (You will be responsible for shipping costs.)  In case of missing or damaged shipments, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt.



We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks and money orders.  Credit card transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal.  It is not necessary to open a Stripe or PayPal account to use your credit card.  Checks may be held until cleared by the bank.  There is a $20 fee for returned checks.



We ship via USPS and UPS (ground).


Please allow a maximum of 48 hours to process your order, in addition to shipping time.


If an item is out of stock, you will be informed and given a choice of a refund, a substitute, or you may wait until the item is available.

If you are able to pick up your order locally, choose the 'will call' shipping option, and you will not be charged for shipping.
